Hi, I’m Lisa,

For almost 20 years, I’ve supported and mentored meditation teachers as they step into their work, not just as facilitators, but as confident, aligned business owners.

I didn’t begin with business knowledge. I learned everything through experience:
trial and error, asking questions, investing in education, and building from the heart.

Over 35 years of self-employment, I have:

Built two national businesses
Served on the board of Meditation Australia for 10 years (including two as President)
Completed extensive marketing and business training
Grown ACMM into one of Australia’s most respected meditation schools

But beyond the achievements, I know what it feels like to doubt yourself, to feel overwhelmed, to question whether you can “really” make this work.

And that’s why I created The Ripple Effect, to give meditation teachers the practical guidance, encouragement, and structure I wish I’d had in the beginning.
