“I’ve always been a deep feeling, empathic and sensitive person and I have experienced my fair share of life challenges. Meditation for me has always been a refuge – a gentle and powerful way to cultivate more self-awareness, acceptance and compassion for myself, especially during difficult times. I have to come to know meditation as the most effective approach for developing a nourishing and nurturing relationship with myself which ultimately benefits all my relationships with others. I’m deeply grateful that in my work as a meditation facilitator and ACMM coach I have the opportunity to support others to do the same.“
